Betty Bollenbacher LSW

Betty is a Licensed Social Worker who received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio State University and later earned her master’s degree in social work from Ohio State University. She has experience working in community mental health. 

Betty values ensuring that her clients feel safe, heard, and validated while creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. 

Specialties include:

     • Grief/Loss 

     • Life Stressors

     • Assessments

Betty has experience working with a variety of ages and populations which include young adolescents, adults and geriatric/elderly population. Betty has experience working with the Deaf population and is very fluent in American Sign Language. 

Betty uses a variety of therapies which include Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and utilizes a client centered, strengths-based approach.
