EDUCATION AND PRACTICE
Life comes with challenges that we sometimes have no baseline for understanding or handling.
My heart for client work is to come alongside to support and equip clients to gain clarity and mastery on their healing Journey.
I use an integrative approach with evidenced based treatment modalities for both Christian clinical counseling and traditional clinical counseling. I have training in CBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commit Therapy, Christian Clinical Counseling, Trauma informed Care to name a few.
I like to work collaboratively with clients to establish the goals they want to achieve in treatment.
