Buddy Watts LPC

Buddy’s Heart for Counseling

Finding a safe person that I could talk to, and work through my issues, was instrumental in finding healing on my own personal mental health journey. It was this experience that led me to become a professional counselor. I want to be a safe person that you can talk to, work through the issues of life, and find healing on your journey.

Buddy’s Style

I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength and not a sign of weakness. I want to help you build from that strength to become mentally, emotionally, and spiritually stronger than you may be today. I use a combination of cognitive behavior therapy, trauma informed therapy, solutions-based therapy, and biblical counseling to help you think, act, and be the healthy version of you.
