Dayzia Colflesh SWT – Intern

Dayzia’s Heart for Counseling

I desire the client to feel empowered to make beneficial choices for themselves.

Dayzia’s Style

I want clients to feel safe and have the ability to express themselves freely, without judgement. The center of counseling will always be love for self and accepting of ones feelings rather than expressing judgement on self.

Her modalities include Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT). Her approach is strengthen-based through uses of Empowerment Theory. She takes pride in her role as a mother, enjoys watching the latest movies, and loves a good amazon hall! People are her passion, and she is very excited about working with Live Wellness Center.
