Drew Adkins LISW-S

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Drew received her M.S.W in Clinical Social Work in Columbus, Ohio, while receiving her B.S. in both Addictions counseling and Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Drew is an Independently Licensed Social Worker, certified by the state of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Through her various career experiences, she has taken part in training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, behavior modification techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused assessment and therapy approaches such as NMT.

PRACTICE

Drew has experience in several different areas of the mental health field. These areas include youth residential care, hospital out patient therapy, inpatient psychiatric care, private practice, and school social work. This experience allows Drew to offer support in many different ways to the clients she works with at Live Wellness Center.
