Gillian’s heart for Counseling:
I have a desire for my clients to feel seen and understood. When we meet, my biggest goal is that you walk away feeling like you’ve made progress towards your goals and mental health.
Gillian’s Style:
I want my clients to feel comfortable with me so I make sure to work on the therapeutic relationship first and foremost. In therapy, I like to use CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic methods to help you work towards your goals. I enjoy getting to incorporate faith in our sessions if you choose. By using these approaches, I hope to see my clients heal and live a healthy lifestyle.
