Gillian Tackett CT
Gillian’s Heart for Counseling:
I believe that knowing the truth about ourselves, others, and the world can free us to live healthier and more contented lives. Through an open and trusting relationship with a therapist, people can enter into an environment where the truth can be known and understood to bring healing. I work with clients with intentionality and empathy to reach their goals as a team.
Gillian’s Style:
In sessions, Gillian utilizes a strengths-based approach with clients to help them approach their concerns from a place of self-value and worth. You are the expert on you and your experience, and you can expect a calm and collaborative partner in therapy. Gillian works with all ages, primarily using Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. She also enjoys having conversations about faith and spirituality, and incorporates this into sessions for any clients who request this as part of counseling.
