Heidi Salierno MSW LISW-S
Heidi’s Heart for Counseling
I have a passion for helping clients navigate the journey of post traumatic healing and growth. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to meet their goals and use client’s feedback and outcome measures as a compass to guide counseling.
Heidi’s Style
I practice EMDR, CBT, and Somatic Psychotherapy. I specialize in working with individuals with PTSD as well Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and have additional training in the area of complex developmental trauma as well as attachment dynamics.
I practice psychotherapy from a lens of empathy, compassion, careful listening, and developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship to help clients achieve their goals. I believe that we all have resources or strengths and that it is possible to become strong in the broken places.
