Joel Franck LPC


Joel received his B.A in Fine Arts, studying theatre from Miami University, in his hometown of Oxford, Ohio. After moving to Columbus, Ohio he went on to receive his M.A in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. He is recognized by the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor.


Joel received training working with various adult populations who struggle with a wide range of mental and emotional issues. His area of specialization and passion is working with men, coming alongside them and helping them address the various issues that threaten their personal and professional lives, and their emotional well-being. Joel works with people who’s struggles include, relationships and marriage, codependency, sex and sexuality, struggling with pornography, divorce/adjustment, family issues, life transitions, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD.


Joel wants to help everyone overcome their struggles and reach their true potential, though he primarily works with men, he has worked with women and continues to do so today. He works to help people deal with the deep issues of their life, so that they can overcome the obstacles and struggles in order to have a new hope and confidence in themselves and their future. Joel’s approach to counseling is one that is person centered and cognitive behavioral.
