Lauren Hall MSW, LISW
Lauren’s Heart for Counseling
I would say I have a “bubbly” personality. I would say my heart for counseling is for individuals to feel empowered and heard. I am passionate about Christian counseling as well.
Lauren’s Style
I tend to have a strengths based approach with my client. In my sessions I lean heavily towards Cognitive Behavior therapy which focuses on how our thoughts and feelings impact our future. I want the client to feel comfortable in the session and am open to hearing if something we are doing is not effective for you.
