Nikki Goodman – Life Coach
About Me:
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and am certified as a coach through Original Intent Life Coaching LLC. Drawing from both my own neurodivergent experiences and my journey as a parent to neurodivergent children, I am committed to ongoing self-education in understanding the underlying causes of struggles and challenging behaviors. This includes exploring effective strategies, systems, and coping mechanisms to alleviate their impact. I am passionate about creatively tailoring well-established methods to align with individual preferences, while also developing innovative solutions that cater to a person’s unique lifestyle and needs.
Heart for Coaching:
Having grown up undiagnosed and without the support I needed, it has become my passion to help others experience the freedom and joy that comes with fully accepting themselves as they are, created in the image of God. I strive to guide individuals in seeing themselves through the lens of a Savior who gave His life for them, and to empower them to live Biblically set-apart lives while thriving in today’s world.
My goal for each client is to assist them in identifying the areas of their lives that contribute to feelings of overwhelm, leading to procrastination, paralysis, and anxiety. I work with clients to set realistic, achievable goals in these areas, cultivate self-compassion during setbacks, and implement effective systems that reduce stress and foster greater independence. Ultimately, I aim to equip individuals to lead fulfilling, balanced lives while navigating the challenges they face.
