Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree In Business Administration from the Ohio State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. She is a licensed professional counselor. Sarah has experience offering crisis intervention services in an emergency psychiatric center as well as an inpatient psychiatric hospital. She believes in a person-centered approach to meet each client where they are, utilizing both cognitive and solution-focused strategies to help her clients.

Outside of seeing clients, Sarah is a youth leader and volunteers with the children’s ministry at her church. She has worked with a local anti-sex trafficking non-profit organization doing street outreach to connect with individuals who are being victimized on the streets.

Sarah enjoys working with adults who are suffering from depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, addiction recovery, and relationship issues.
