Veronica Wilbur MSW LSW
Veronica is a Licensed Social Worker through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at Capital University in Bexley, Ohio. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University.
While obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, Veronica enjoyed working with the aging population at a local resource center in Columbus. She has also worked with adults and teens with developmental disabilities, including high functioning autism. During her Master’s degree, Veronica trained in the delivery of clinical mental health services to young adults, adults, and couples at LIVE Wellness Center.
Prior to training as a social worker, her career included over 17 years of experience in a variety of roles within the financial services sector where she focused working within teams, process and workflow management, change management, data analytics, and compliance. During this time, she earned her Associates Degree in Small Business Management and an Associates Designation in Claims from The Insurance Institutes.
In addition to her professional work, Veronica has served in Christian ministries providing coaching to couples in crisis, along with leading a support group for women. Veronica’s approach to clients is person-centered and strengths focused. Her primary focuses are:
