While everyone goes through some sort of grieving process after a sad or traumatic event, there are certain types of grief, and lengths of grief, that are not normal. Sometimes it helps individuals to talk about the grief or loss they are experiencing. Make sure to consult a professional if you feel like your grief has impacted your everyday life.
