They don’t care about helping people make sure you have your payment… it’s a shame theses doctors offices just wanna make money could care less about humans beings as long as they getting paid..call with caution god bless
They are professional and caring from beginning to end of your time with them!
This place is a joke, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, they have you bring your kid/s in to do a "intake".... then have you schedule for your actual appointment to see a counselor, then they call you a few days later and tell you that they do not have any counselors (that see children) with after school appointments, evenings or weekends availability. This is all AFTER your child/ren has answered over 100 questions and has been told that they will be able to see someone that can help. They asked us (the parents) what days and times we would be available to bring our kid in, we told them and they told us that there were three people who met our needs, this was untrue. They also PUSH Christian Counseling. Beware and good luck.
I simply can't believe what this so called counseling service just did to my wife. I did quite a bit of research to find help for my wife who suffers from depression and anxiety. We recently moved to the area and it has been very difficult for my wife as she has no support. She needed someone to support her, speak truth to her and help her through this time of transition. She had her appointment today and the center said that they couldn't help her. She poured out her heart to them stressing how much she needed a Christian counselor and how important Jesus was in her life and they simply said they didn't have the resources to help her. For someone who has extreme sensitivities regarding rejection from her childhood years you can imagine how devastating that would be to hear when you were so hopeful for a Christian influence to help you through a difficult time. I guess if your problems aren't too big this may be a place that can help you. I have never heard of any counseling center anywhere that has licensed people on staff turn someone away because they think they're problems are too big to deal with. I'm actually in shock that a group designed to help people would do this. Our experience, needless to say was horrible and damaging.
I am very pleased with Live Wellness Center as a place to bring my family for Christian counseling. The staff has been very friendly and over-all great each visit.
